Covid-19 update

We are sorry to announce that the first edition of the Cambridge International Arts Festival 2020 was cancelled last Summer, following the government advice surrounding public events and in times of such unprecedented uncertainty. We are now aiming to host a series of events this Autumn (2021) in and around Cambridge, with some events carrying forward from the Summer programme before an official festival launch in 2022.

* We have left information of some of the previously confirmed performances on our website for promotion purposes however these events are no longer on sale.

In the spotlight...

Oumou Sangaré

Stylish, elegant, feisty and charismatic with a soulful, soaring voice, Sangaré has become an emblem for African womanhood.

It’s eight years since Oumou Sangaré last released an album of new material and much has changed since we last heard from the greatest living female voice in African music.

★★★★★ “Sangaré tackles the most startling themes in the sweetest tones - even as she tears up the stage” - The Guardian
